Dr. Sheela Duraisami, B.A., M.A., D.Min., TESL Cert.
“Dr. Sheela Duraisami graduated from the University of Chennai with a major in English at both B.A. and M.A. levels. She later pursued theological studies at Tyndale Seminary and Canada Christian College. Her passion is to equip the students to fulfill their God ordained destiny. She teaches English Grammar, Philosophy of Christian Education, Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and the ESL program.”

Program Description
At Canada Christian College, the Bachelor of Religious Education degree is designed to equip the students to be involved in ministry whether at a church, parachurch, or any other organization. It gives them a holistic understanding of Biblical foundations along with a Christian worldview that will enable them to be effective in ministry anywhere. The course work explores a variety of fields within general education, including Bible theology, and also provides a number of choices in electives in several fields. Graduates of this degree are equipped to be lay-leaders in the local church, and to be effective witnesses in our world. This program serves as an excellent foundation for those who plan to be involved in any kind of teaching ministry whether in a Christian or non-Christian setting.
